4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and accessible placement of dumpsters and porta potties.
• Do not place hazardous, flammable, toxic, or prohibited materials inside dumpsters.
• Maintain porta potty units in reasonable condition during the rental period.
• Obtain any necessary permits if required for placement.

5. Liability

• DDS Dumpster is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, or surfaces during delivery or pickup.
• Customers assume responsibility for any misuse, damage, or overloading of dumpsters and units.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe before scheduled delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the timing of cancellation and any services already provided.

7. Service Interruptions

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by weather, traffic, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms
